Product Overview:

The Diva, a riding cart bag with a stylish edge, comes complete with all the features that make Sun Mountain cart bags so functional. It has a spacious top with fourteen individual, full-length dividers; built-in top handles that assist in loading the bag on a cart; a dedicated putter compartment; and pockets that are forward-facing and fully accessible.

Features:

  • Among the eight pockets are two full-length apparel pockets, an insulated beverage pocket, a velour-lined range finder pocket, and a water-resistant, velour-lined valuables pocket.
  • The rangefinder pocket has a pass-through slot so you can attach your bag to a cart without blocking access to pockets.
  • All pockets are front facing for easy accessibility.
  • The Smart Strap System attaches the bag to a riding cart with two Velcro® straps, which stop the bag from twisting on the cart and prevent the cart straps from interfering with pocket usage.
  • Fourteen full-length club dividers protect clubs and prevent the migration of club shafts.

Golf4U is committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, allowing us time to validate shipping and billing addresses and prepare your items for shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days within Canada, depending on your region.
  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, with rates calculated at checkout.

Most of our shipments are handled by UPS and Canada Post, trusted carriers known for their reliable delivery.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 (before taxes and discounts)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes and after discounts within Canada. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a small shipping fee will apply:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99
  • Express Shipping: Rates vary based on location and will be shown at checkout.

Remote locations may incur additional shipping fees. If we are unable to ship to your area at the listed rate, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Shipping to Remote Locations

We do our best to reach even the most remote locations in Canada. However, certain areas, including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and APO/FPO addresses, may not qualify for free shipping. If shipping to your area involves higher costs, we’ll reach out to arrange the best possible shipping solution.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please note that your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

30 Day Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority at Golf4U. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review the guidelines below to see which return policies apply based on the items purchased.


Pre-Owned Golf Clubs

We offer a 30-day return policy for all pre-owned clubs. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your club within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund in cash or store credit.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Brand New Golf Clubs

For new clubs, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund in cash or store credit if the club is in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Opened Packaging: If a new club is returned after being removed from its original packaging, a minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply. This restocking fee is based on the club’s condition upon inspection.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale (indicated by prices ending in .95) are not eligible for returns or refunds.


How to Make a Return

To begin your return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions. We’ll guide you through the return process to ensure it’s quick and easy.

  • For returns due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend obtaining a tracking number to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Golf4U reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee if items are not returned in the original condition and packaging.

60 Day Warranty

At Golf4U, we’re committed to providing quality golf clubs that meet your expectations. All of our clubs come with a 60-day warranty to cover any faults or issues that may arise under normal use.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any faults in the club’s condition that arise within 60 days of purchase. It applies to clubs used as intended and excludes damage due to misuse, alterations, or neglect.

If Your Product is Faulty

If an issue arises within 60 days of purchase, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the club
  • Cover repair costs
  • Replace the product if repairs cannot be made
  • Provide a refund (in-store credit or cash)

Condition Guide

Our “Certified Pre-Owned” clubs are fully inspected by our experts and ready to play. These clubs may have some signs of use, but each one has been evaluated to ensure quality and performance. Here’s a breakdown of our certified pre-owned conditions:

  • Like New
    Virtually indistinguishable from new, but without the original packaging. These clubs are unused and ready to hit the course.

  • Excellent
    Lightly used with minimal signs of play—likely seen 4-5 rounds at most. Minor wear may be present but is barely noticeable and does not affect play.

  • Very Good
    Shows some signs of use but is still in fantastic shape. Clubs rated "Very Good" may have a few minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact performance.

  • Good
    Shows noticeable signs of play, with some cosmetic wear such as small scratches or marks on the clubhead. These do not affect the club’s performance, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious golfers.

  • Fair
    Well-loved and heavily used, these clubs display obvious signs of wear, including visible cosmetic imperfections. However, they still perform well on the course and offer great value for players who prioritize function over aesthetics.
