Where are you located?
Golf4U is located at 100 Stockton Avenue, Okotoks AB, up the stairs at the WizGolf facility.
Do you accept trade-ins on golf clubs?
Absolutely! We’re happy to accept trade-ins on used golf clubs. Receive cash or store credit to upgrade your gear with ease. Bring your clubs in-store, and we’ll assess their condition and provide a fair trade-in value to put towards your new purchase.
What is Golf4U’s return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority at Golf4U. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review the guidelines below to see which return policies apply based on the items purchased.
Pre-Owned Golf Clubs
We offer a 30-day return policy for all pre-owned clubs. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your club within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund in cash or store credit.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Brand New Golf Clubs
For new clubs, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund in cash or store credit if the club is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Opened Packaging: If a new club is returned after being removed from its original packaging, a minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply. This restocking fee is based on the club’s condition upon inspection.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale (indicated by prices ending in .95) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Make a Return
To begin your return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions. We’ll guide you through the return process to ensure it’s quick and easy.
- For returns due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend obtaining a tracking number to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Golf4U reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee if items are not returned in the original condition and packaging.

What is your shipping time?
Processing and Shipping Times
Golf4U is committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, allowing us time to validate shipping and billing addresses and prepare your items for shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days within Canada, depending on your region.
- Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, with rates calculated at checkout.
Most of our shipments are handled by UPS and Canada Post, trusted carriers known for their reliable delivery.
Note: Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 (before taxes and discounts)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes and after discounts within Canada. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a small shipping fee will apply:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: Rates vary based on location and will be shown at checkout.
Remote locations may incur additional shipping fees. If we are unable to ship to your area at the listed rate, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Shipping to Remote Locations
We do our best to reach even the most remote locations in Canada. However, certain areas, including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and APO/FPO addresses, may not qualify for free shipping. If shipping to your area involves higher costs, we’ll reach out to arrange the best possible shipping solution.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please note that your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been picked up by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

What is Golf4U’s 60-day warranty?
All our golf clubs come with a 60-day warranty to ensure you’re covered. If a club needs repair within 60 days, we’ll handle or cover the repair costs. If it cannot be repaired, we’ll issue a full refund either in-store credit or cash—your choice.
Do you offer custom club fittings?
We offer custom club fittings to help you find the best equipment for your unique swing and play style. Our in house brands are PXG, Srixon, & Cleveland. Book your fitting by calling us or visiting our store.
